“ This is another restaurant I have always wanted to try. Located in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, it gives off an old-school steakhouse vibe with dark wood paneling, featuring light quartz tabletops and white leather / light wood chairs. There is an elegant glass “chandelier” in the center of the room. I started with a double 1908 Empress gin & tonic (20) while I went through the menu. I opted for the Parfait of Foie Gras & Chicken Livers (37) and the Hawksworth Classic Burger (29). I had a glass of Henriot Champagne (19 at 50% off) with my parfait. Surrounded by apple jelly and served with toast points, the terrine was sublime! I ordered a glass of Lafarge pinot noir (40) to go with my burger. The patty was perfectly cooked, augmented by bacon, an onion ring, and a slice of cheddar. The accompanying fries were perfect. I ended my meal with a cup of coffee (7). The bill came to 167.41CAD tip, not inexpensive but worth it, to me. The next time I am in town, I will go for dinner. ”

I ordered the black salmon and it was absolutely perfect—flavorful, tender, and beautifully plated. You can really taste the quality and precision in every bite. “ It was a delicious light lunch. really liked the bartender, who was friendly, fun and made wonderful cocktails. Delighted with the unusual combination of oysters with citrus mousse and fish riet. Olives - perfect! ordered two portions and got colossal pleasure! Thank you for the accepted experience! ”

“ Came here for the New Year’s Eve dinner. Our favorite was the snack and dessert. Everything was at excellent temps which didn’t go unnoticed. Especially with the full dinning room. We enjoyed our time here and already have recommended others to pop by. We both didn’t care for the main but that was probably personal preference. The staff were attentive and helpful. They brought a DJ in this year and that was a great way to ring in the new year! ”
“ CA12 for half a dozen oysters?! Definitely sign us up! That's around US1.50 per oyster which even during happy hour I don't think we can get in the SF Bay Area. Specifically came for their everyday happy hour oysters and it was more than expected for the price since the oysters were fresh, juicy and plump! ”

As a vegetarian, I’ve never felt like an afterthought here, there’s always something thoughtful on the menu, whether it’s a seasonal risotto, an heirloom vegetable dish, or something bright and inventive on the the appetizer list. The service is exactly what you'd expect at this level, professional without being stiff and the space is refined without feeling cold. It's equally suited for a quiet lunch meeting or a celebratory dinner. Their wine list is deep but accessible, and staff are great at helping you find something that works across a variety of dishes. It’s not the most casual spot, but it never feels intimidating. You’re in good hands here, whether you’re sipping something at the bar or settling in for the full experience. ”
“ The best. Phenomenal food, beverages, service, and atmosphere. Every single dish I have tried at Hawksworth has been remarkable. I am gluten-free and have had zero issues here. This is the first restaurant that comes to mind whenever I have friends or family come to town, if I want to impress them with an inspiring culinary experience. I also truly love tucking away in here on a peaceful solo date by myself. The menu is a revolving masterpiece. Every time I eat here, I return home with a renewed sense of awe at Chef Hawksworth and his entire team. Bravo. Cannot wait to return soon. ”
